Delete your RENVO account

You can permanently delete your account directly from the RENVO app.

Before you continue
Account deletion is permanent. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your RENVO account and does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

Delete from the app

  1. Open RENVO and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile and select Account.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Review the warning, confirm deletion and wait for the completion message.

What is deleted

The deletion process removes the RENVO authentication account and associated profile, saved projects, renovation images, generated designs, active credit entitlement and user-linked community content, subject to technical completion and the limited retention described below.

What may be retained

RENVO may retain limited purchase, fraud-prevention, security, audit, dispute and legal-compliance records where required. Backups may retain residual copies for a limited period before normal overwrite. Records that must be retained are isolated from normal product use and deleted or anonymised when the applicable need ends.

Google Play subscription

Before or after deleting your RENVO account, cancel any active subscription through Google Play: open Google Play, select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RENVO → Cancel subscription.

Cannot access the app?

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “RENVO account deletion request”. We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership before deletion.
